The room was comfortable, with lovely bed linen and a super comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the town center, making it easy to access all the attractions and amenities.
There were a few downsides to my stay. the spa area was not well-maintained, with dirty hot tubs filled with floating dead skin and hairs.

Rooms were cleaned daily and the grounds were well looked after. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location was great, just a short walk into town but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the desert. We had the option of having breakfast in the dining room or getting a snack pack to take away, which was convenient for our early morning tours.
The pool was in a sorry state, with murky green water that seemed like it hadn't been enjoyed for a long time. It was a disappointment to not be able to use it.

Great location; close to the city centre, but still quiet. Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice pool. Europecar rental next to the hotel for convenient transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and packed breakfast provided for early tours.
